Location Amazon Rainforest Lodge Ecuador - Yarina Eco Lodge

The Yarina Eco Lodge is located 25 Km aprox. in straight line (down NAPO river) from Puerto Francisco de Orellana (El Coca). Our motor boat canoes take arround one hour of fluvial navigation by the Napo river to reach the Yarina Eco-lodge.

Yarina Eco Lodge, is a privately owned rainforest reserve (550 has), locate near of the Yasuni National Park, in the cultural reserved zone, set aside for indigenous Quichuas, amazonian peoples; in a primary upper rainforest.

Yasuni National Park is one of the most biological diverse regions in the world. All that in the Amazon basin, border of the napo river, mayor tributary of the amazon river

The first step is to arrive to Puerto Francisco de Orellana (El Coca).

1.- By airplane.- The air company ICARO and TAME, offers daily flights from Quito to Coca. In this case a member of the Yarina Eco Lodge is going to assist you at the national airport in Coca.

You have to be at the airport 45 minutes before the flight´s take off. After 25 minutes flying you will be landing at the airport of Coca. Our staff in COCA, is going to pick up you there and take you until the Hotel Oasis. The canoe will be leaving from the hotel at 11H00 aprox. to Yarina Eco Lodge.

2.- By bus .- The company "Trans-Esmeraldas or Transportes Baños" offers its passengers the alternative of travelling at the morning or at night.

If you take the bus at night you will travel the route: Quito - El Coca (Pto. Francisco de Orellana). This trip can last eight hours.

If you take the bus in the morning you will travel the route: Quito - Papallacta - Baeza - El Chaco - Lumbaqui - Nueva Loja (Lago Agrio) - Joya de los Sachas - El Coca (Pto. Francisco de Orellana). This trip can last arround eight hours.

Once in the city of Puerto Francisco de Orellana you have take a taxi from the bus station to the Hotel Oasis. In this place you will need to show your services voucher to have the assistance of a member of the Yarina Eco Lodge.
